💃LITTLE DANCE CAMP STARTS TODAY
The Broken Bow High School Dance Team will teach the students a routine which they will perform at the Pre-Game of the Savage Football Game on October 17, 2024. The routine will include a variety of styles including jazz, hip-hop, and pom.
Little Dancers (Pre-k through 5th) that signed up can attend today or tomorrow's camp at the sports complex from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m..
T-shirts will be handed out at the camp.
Parents will be required to sign their little dancer in and out.

Reminder: Quiz Bowl District Meet is Monday. Come support the academic team in Mrs.Bray's room!

♦️Monday is Indigenous Day.
AILYC members and supporters will be wearing their Indigenous gear to school. They will then line up for a parade @ 5:30 pm followed by activities at the Choctaw Community Center in Broken Bow.
Indigenous Peoples' Day is a holiday in the United States that celebrates and honors Indigenous American peoples and commemorates their histories and cultures. #InTheSpiritOfCodeTalkers

🏃🏾Savage Cross Country had a strong outing at Battiest on Saturday with every member of the team placing at the event. Broken Bow runners took first place in four different divisions at the meet.
This was the final meet for our junior high and elementary runners. The varsity will compete at Byng on Thursday and travel to regionals later this month. #SavagesOnTheMove

Mrs. Buff's and Mrs. Rich's third grade students were getting a chance to STEP OUT perimeter. This gave them a clearer understanding of what perimeter is and how to calculate it. Great job 3rd grade students!

THIRD GRADE TODAY: Today we learned about personification in Ms. Rich’s class. The kiddos had to come up with a persona for their pop tart and then write a descriptive paragraph about it!
Personification = the attribution of personal qualities; especially : representation of a thing or abstraction as a person or by the human form.

The Broken Bow Savages (4-1, 2-0) will look to extend their four-game winning streak and remain unbeaten in district play when they host the Stilwell Indians (1-4, 0-2) tonight at Memorial Stadium.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00PM and a clear-bag policy will be enforced at the entry gates. Tickets are available for $5.00 each (all ages) at the gates.
