🥎Savage Softball (22-9) is ranked as the 9th seed in Class 4A following last week's regional championship win and will face the 8th-seeded Stigler Panthers (23-8) in this week's Super Regional Series. The Super Regional is a best two out of three games series with the winner earning a berth in the OSSAA State Fast-pitch Softball Championship Tournament.

Stigler won the 4A-6 District Championship with the Lady Savages finishing as runners-up.
The series begins on Wednesday, October 9th, in Stigler with the first two games scheduled for 2PM and 4PM. If Game 3 is necessary, it will be played on Thursday at 4PM.

The Fifth grade class is working on perfecting their "shake".
Their hand shake represents learning how to greet a future employer and what professionalism looks like in the workplace.
Today's guest speaker was Mr. Russell Morrow from International Paper. He discussed how to handle disagreements in the workplace, appropriate language to use to resolve conflicts, and how to professionally ask for things you need to be done. At the end of his presentation, the students were able to ask questions about what it is like to be an electrical engineer.

🌟 At Bennett Elementary, our students are spreading positivity in a unique way!
With the help of our amazing counselor, Mrs. Barnett, we’ve introduced “Positive Pumpkins.” 🎃 These laminated cards are passed around when students notice someone who could use a little lift in their day.
It’s heartwarming to see our community come together to uplift one another. Let’s keep the positivity flowing!
